Eric Haines

Managing Director

Eric has over 40 years’ experience in the construction industry, with the last 25+ years’ experience being in the data centre sector. He is a client focused professional and works closely with all parties across all aspects of the project, ensuring the deliverability and quality of projects.

Billy Bowers

Head of Finance

Billy has experience working within the financial service industry for the past 20+ years. He oversees the company's financial strategy, ensuring finances are used beneficially as well as being our point of contact for invoicing and payments.

David Florêncio

Head of Construction Management

David is a highly experienced Project Manager, having worked on large construction projects across Europe over the past 20 years. This has included the construction and expansion of complex data centre projects, as well as major civil engineering projects in infrastructure, bridges and commercial buildings.

David is a very thorough, practical, conscientious and approachable professional, with a proven track-record of delivering projects from pre-construction to completion stages on time and within budgets.

Adrian Harper

Head of Compliance

Adrian heads up RDM's health, safety, environmental and quality (HSEQ) team and is responsible for overseeing the HSEQ management on all RDM projects.

Adrian is a highly motivated and passionate professional, extensively experienced with creating and managing new health, safety and environmental management systems for multi-billion-euro Data Centre construction projects across Europe.

Daniel Blower

Head of Commercial

Dan has overall responsibility for the commercial management of all RDM projects including the negotiation, administration, completion, and implementation of the contracts for construction projects from inception to completion. Dan leads the tender process, ensuring procurement and tender strategies are implemented and developed whilst also ensuring commercial risks are identified and managed.

As an important project figure, Dan oversees the day-to-day commercial operations, including managing and reporting on projects, submitting monthly valuations, managing cashflows and project accounting. He is responsible for managing the commercial teams on projects, establishing clear roles, responsibilities, and accountabilities. Within his role he is responsible for capturing, monitoring, forecasting, analysing, and reporting the financial status of each project.

RDM has a management system in place that is accredited to the international standard for occupational health & safety – ISO 45001.

RDM also recognises that every person involved throughout our projects has an integral part to play in ensuring the excellent performance of health & safety on our projects.

To this end, we have created the “Think Safe, Work Safe, Home” health & safety programme. This is a culture that we look to instil into every person working at all stages of RDM projects, regardless of their role. READ MORE
